Growth Partner Training

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all contracts between TGN Media LLC and its customers regarding the Growth Partner training.

2. Subject of the Contract

The subject of the contract is participation in the Growth Partner training and subsequent matching with content creators.

3. 5K Guarantee

If a participant does not earn at least €5,000 with their first creator client within 90 days of program start, TGN Media LLC will refund 100% of the training fee paid. The condition is the demonstrable execution of the steps taught in the program.

4. Payment

The training fee is discussed on the strategy call and agreed in writing before program start.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period is 14 days from contract conclusion.
